Tricia Liston (ex Avenida) agreed terms with Hanabank

KEB Hanabank Bucheon (WKBL) strengthened their roster with addition of 24-year old American guard Tricia Liston (185-92, college: Duke). She supposed to play at Avenida in Spanish league, but left the team in Dec.'15. In 7 games she recorded 9.4ppg and 3.0rpg this season. Liston also played 6 games in Euroleague where she averaged 5.5ppg and 2.0rpg. The last summer she played at Minnesota in WNBA. In 33 games she averaged 3.2ppg. The last (2015) season she played at C.U.S. Cagliari (Serie A1) in Italian league. In 25 games she was the best scorer with impressive 20.8ppg and had 6.2rpg, 1.3apg and 1.7spg. Great season indeed as she was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Italian A1 Honorable Mention.
Two years ago Liston was drafted by Minnesota Lynx (WNBA) in first round (12th overall).
The former Duke University staris in her second season in pro basketball.
Among other achievements Liston received WBCA All-NCAA D1 Honorable Mention award and ACC All-Tournament 1st Team award in 2014 at her college time. Liston represented USA at the World University Games in Kazan (Russia) three years ago.
The scouts decsribe her following way: A very creative scorer, terrific both in the paint and off the bounce with the pull-up jumper.
